Recycling Programs

Our commitment to the environment begins with our fuel efficient and low sulfur emitting vehicles. Instead of printing driver routes on paper, we send customer information electronically to drivers via iPads.

Weight is collected with scales on every Moore Recycling truck and collected by iPad. Weights are captured in real time and transmitted by our specially designed software, and you can monitor your recycling progress.

For Businesses

Moore Recycling has an easy, affordable and rewarding paper recycling program for office workplaces. Paper-only recycling eliminates questions about what can go in the bin. No more pre-sorting, and training is quick. If you can tear it, that paper can go into an EcoRewards paper recycling bin.

90% of Waste Created in Offices is Paper

Remove paper from the landfill stream and recycle instead. You’ll save money on your trash bill, and earn a monthly rebate for the paper you recycle. The money you save could help pay for your trash bin.

Moore Recycling provides an easy to locate green and blue EcoRewards front-load bin for your office location that is emptied on a frequency that meets your needs.

Custom compactor services are also available for higher volume paper recyclers. Both services offer a competitive rebate based on commodity market price and the total weight of recyclable material.

For Schools and Non-Profit Groups

The PaperRetriever program helps non-profit groups and schools reduce expenses on trash collection. A significant amount of school waste is paper, so why not save money and help the planet at the same time?

Moore Recycling provides your school or non-profit group with a familiar green recycling bin. We’ll schedule the bin to be emptied on a regular basis as needed.

PaperRetriever services are available at low or no cost to qualified non-profits. Rebates may be available at some locations based on tonnage collected and market commodity process.

In fact the symbol for recycling was created for paper recycling.

Paper recycling is the least damaging to the environment.

Collected waste paper and cardboard are taken directly to paper mill for processing. Minimal sorting is required.

Paper recycling creates jobs.

Products made from recycled paper help to create five times more jobs than those made from virgin wood pulp.

Paper recycling conserves natural resources.

Recycling doesn’t just save trees — it reduces the amount of electricity, water, and oil we use.
